Should you need to return any item, please phone to obtain a reference prior to return. If it is assumed to be faulty but within guarantee, we recommend that you cover the item/s with insurance to the value. Please make sure the goods are wrapped and packed securely, please include a brief note of the fault, your details, the purchase invoice (receipt) and any original guarantees, manuals and accessories.
The Koi Waterlife Centre reserve the right to arrange a repair or replace faulty or damaged goods.
Any unwanted items you wish to return must be unused, in original packaging and condition and will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
