In order to start using your profile you will need to reset the password. For security reasons this was automatically generated by our system when we migrated your details to the new website.

To reset your password clicki on the "Lost Password"link on the right hand side. You will now be asked to enter the eMail address that you registered with. This is the eMail address that you used when registering on the old site. If you registered multiple eMail addresses use the latest one. We have only migrated these.

If you do not know what eMail address you used to subscribe please contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will need to provide your first name and last name.

Having entered your address a message will be automatically sent to the address, if registered  This message is important as it will contain a token that you msut enter into the web site to initiate a reset. Once the token has been confirmed you will be eMailed a new password. We would recommend that you change this as soon as possible in your account profile.

Once you receive your new password you will now be able to login to the web site. The username to use is made up of your first initial + surname, eg. JBloggs. If this does not work you can find out what your username is by following the procedure within Site Help.
