During the conversion from the old site we re-created usernames in the format, first inital + surname, eg. "JBloggs".

Not all subscribers used a real name when registering or only used a partial name. These may be difficult to remember. If you are unable to access the site with the username you try you will need to reset it. This process assumes that you will be using the same eMail address that is associated with your username.

In order to find out the username assigned to your eMail address click on the "Forgot You username?" link on the right hand side. You will be emailed a reminder to the address you were originally registered with.
