The HighFIL Endless Belt Filter Systems Manufactured and Designed in Germany and using up to date technology can deal with circulation rates from 15 to 100 cubic meters. (3,300 gallons to 22,000 gallons) .
An automatically self cleaning endless belt filter which uses a special Stainless Steel wiremesh that has been tried and tested successfully in many different industrial applications. Complete with its own bio filter the HighFil can be installed for both pump fed and gravity operations.
This filter is produced and developed by Wiremesh-ProTec a German Company with ISO9001 approval.
The High-FIL range have the following special features:
• Mechanical filtration by the use of a 48µm stainless steel mesh with a special mesh structure, high dirt-catching capacity on the mesh surface, best possible regenerability, low flow resistance and a flow rate of 11l/min, measured at dp=0.20 bar and 1 cm2
• Perfectly sealed filter band
• Relief of the biological filter by means of alluviation and microfiltration down to 5µm
