Understanding Koi Development

New Shipment has arrived.

Our latest shipment arrived last night Thursday May 10th and below is a small selection of over 300 koi from my trip to Niigata.

Other koi on this shipment included , Sanke , Showa , Goshiki , Ochiba , Gin Rin Ochiba , Beni Kumonryu , Hariwake , Yamabuki and Asagi. More information will be sent out in our Newsletter and updates on the website.

All the Koi that arrived three weeks ago have settled in well and are already getting back to their best, many of these koi are now being uploaded to our website at www.koi-waterlife-centre.com

Below is a small selection of Koi available.

The shipment includes Tategoi and High Grade Tosai  , Showa , Kohaku , Sanke, Gin Rin Gosanke , Shusui , Shiro Utsuri , Tancho , Tancho  Showa , Chagoi, Yamabuki , Doitsu Kujaku , Benigoi and Kigoi.

Last year we designed and manufactured a new filter system , this filter was tested on six outdoor pond with excellent results. You can now see this system fully working at our shop, filtering our recently built Tosai ponds.

Also included in this set up are our own Protein Showers , these are the only showers to remove fine particles and proteins from your pond,  meaning less water changes and better conditions for your koi to grow. More info on the Protein Showers can be found on the website.

These filters are suitable for ponds up to 5000 gallons and ideal for quarantine and growing ponds. With their unique design and easy cleaning they can be installed above or below water level and can run on any low wattage pump. More information will be published soon on the website.
